One London Place
Built by the consortium of London Life and Sifton Properties, this high-rise office building required months of legal and construction surveying. After the boundaries were determined, each floor was monitored during construction to ensure that the vertical and horizontal planes were maintained in accordance with architectural drawings.

Union Station, Toronto
A topographic survey was performed to show every detail in Union Station as well as 3 kms of railway east and west of the station so GO Transit could design their future infrastructure in this rail corridor.

Hydro Power Corridor
50 km survey of new utility corridor for a steel tower extending from Kincardine to Nanticoke. The survey crossed farms, bush, roads, creeks and rivers. Separate parcels were created for every owner and areas were calculated for the purpose of compensation and expropriation.

Thames River, City of London
Hired by the City of London to provide the data necessary to determine if it was viable to dredge the Thames River for the purpose of accommodating the passage of the tourist ferry boat between the river-forks downtown and the CNR overpass approximately 5 km downstream to the west. This involved measuring the depth and width of the river along with the bridges and overpasses and providing drawings illustrating same.

“Station Park” – Hotel and Office Buildings
Legal and construction surveying for multiple condominium office building development.

Boundaries Act Hearings
Providing legal evidence related to property boundaries in a court-room environment. To date we have never lost a case.

Central Library – Galleria
Internal survey of a multi-level building, complete with the various rights of entry, parking, air rights, utility corridors and cross-use agreements.

“Riverbend” Golf Course and Subdivision
Located at the extreme west end of London, our surveying activities began in 1978 when the land holdings first started to be assembled and since then we have been involved in the subdividing of the lands, building of the golf course and infrastructure, laying out the houses, roads and utilities. GPS has proven to be a valuable asset not only for the aforementioned activities but for assisting the golf carts to display the distances to the golf greens and obstacles.

Radisson Hotel (currently London Hilton)
Severance between the Hotel and the towers in the King-Wellington-Dundas-Waterloo Street block. A multi-level severance addressing boundaries, parking, access, and vertically stratified rights.

Grenada West Indies Waterfront Redevelopment
Client: Volker, Netherlands. Survey included road networks and downtown topography for future development.
